Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data submitted through New Start Dubai is processed. Turkish users are also protected under Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Controller
The controller company is being incorporated. Its legal name, registered address, registration number and privacy contact will be inserted before data collection begins.
2. Data processed
Identity and contact data, service preferences, campaign attribution, consent records and technical security records may be processed.
3. Purposes
Data is used to receive and manage requests, contact users, identify suitable service channels, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and, where separately permitted, send marketing communications.
4. Legal bases
Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, legal obligations, establishment of legal claims, legitimate interests or explicit consent for optional marketing.
5. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared with infrastructure providers, legally authorised bodies and disclosed service providers only where necessary. Applicable cross-border transfer safeguards must be completed before launch.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and applicable limitation periods. A final retention schedule will be published after incorporation.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, object where applicable, and complain to the competent supervisory authority.
